Cynical, shy and quiet young fellow from Finland, who at the moment doesn't have a social life and spends most of his time in the internet and watching movies. Though I've been watching films as far back as I can remember, I like to think that my journey with cinema has just begun and there's still plenty to worthwhile films to see and discover, watching them is an endless task that I'm constantly trying to fulfill. As a fanatic film freak I like to watch all sorts of movies and I don't understand cinephiles who act snoby or only watch certain kinds of movies. I rate films how I see fit, not pretending to be a film critic. Rating scale is something like this:

½ = The ultimate low. Something I personally see as so horrible that it doesn't even deserve a whole star. Words fail to describe.

* = Absolute shit. Totally unpleasant piece of crap which should be avoided at all costs.

*½ = Bad. Not a pleasant to watch but has some qualities which rescue it from being totally horrible.

** = Tolerable. It has its moments and few good stuff, but it's kinda insipid. Sometimes also a total meh.

**½ = Worse average. Something good and something bad, but as a whole slightly more bad than it's good.

*** = Better average. Something good and something bad, as a whole a nice film and pleasant to watch. Nothing special though.

***½ = Good. Has it's flaws but is still really enjoyable and genuinely good film, something to recommend.

**** = Great. Accomplished piece of cinema that no-one should miss.

****½ = Excellent. This kind of film I already call a masterpiece, it's pretty much flawless and provokes thoughts and emotions.

***** = Masterpiece. Basically a four and a half star film that packs an extra punch and totally blows my mind.
